Few weeks ago, Dr. Richard Boylan, self proclaimed Councilor of/for Earth (sic.) wrote in his UFOfacts@yahoogroup.com about a supposed Star Nations' "ultimatum" to the USA government. He wrote what follows:
" Dec. 31, 2010, 11:59 pm, EST, [05:00 hrs., Jan. 1, 2011, Greenwich Mean Time/UTC/Zulu], is the official Deadline for the U.S. Government to make a formal Official Public Acknowledgment that Star Visitor Contact and Communication has occurred.
Preparation for this public information announcement was the subject of an official Executive Order (classified) signed by President Barack Obama, directing the National Security Council's Special Studies Group to prepare a plan for such a series of Official Government Public Acknowledgments of Star Visitor Contacts and Communications with U.S. Government representatives.
The U.S. Government is preparing to do this pursuant to a formal Agreement made with Star Nations: that the U.S. would stop its policy of UFO Cover-Up this year.
Of course such a public announcement could occur any time prior to December 31st too.
Star Nations, through its representative the Councillor of Earth (Dr. Richard Boylan), have advised the Government that if they renege on complying with that Agreement, that Star Nations will initiate a series of open, public, dramatically-obvious demonstrations-of-presence such that the Government will then be compelled to publicly acknowledge Star Visitors reality.

The exopolitician Alfred Webre' s rhetoric also includes a presumed "quarantine" imposed by some Extraterrestrial Authority over our planet.
In both cases, the idea is that the Big Cosmic Brothers have the right to impose their will to us, humans, and this, of course, is a very dangerous Meme that must be rejected.
Boylan also writes that Humans are bio-genetically engineered, and that all our spiritual leaders are not humans, but disguised extraterrestrials.
This kind of Extraterrestrial Vichy,( collaborationism,) is not only unjustified but deeply anti-human.
The denial of our Human traditions and evolution is a reactionary concept that makes us ready for the recognition of others , humans or not, as dictators.
Of course, those self proclaimed contactees who speak and write about alien races interested in our human affairs, cannot show any evidence supporting the extraterrestrial origin of the UFO Phenomenon.
On the contrary, many researchers of the UFO Phenomenon, think that the ET hypothesis does't solve the mystery at all.
In any case, we cannot say that something is true, without giving any evidence.
The UFO Phenomenon is with us from the beginning of historical times and remains unsolved.
However, the utilization of this phenomenon against Humanity is the worst form of self-denial.
As it happens with some religious sects, waiting for a Savior is renouncing to our right and our duty to change things in our world for the best.
Colonialism; human or in-human is always repulsive, even with the mask of "Wise Big Cosmic Brother."
