In Richard Dolan’s profile, in Facebooks we can read what
follows:
“Author Richard Dolan is a researcher, author, and public
speaker on the topic of UFOs and related matters.”
I was curious about what are UFO’s “related matters” but
the dictionary didn’t make things more clear.
Related is an adjective that means associated; connected,
allied by nature, kinship, marriage, etc.
Obviously I wanted to know what matters are UFO related,
and I learned that Dolan is also a paranormal investigator.
The same dictionary defines paranormal as “pertaining to the claimed occurrence of an event or perception without scientific explanation, as
psychokinesis, extrasensory perception, or other purportedly supernatural phenomena.”
Now, the new question is this one: if UFOs are interplanetary
vehicles of extraterrestrial civilizations visiting our world; why is this
related to ghosts, psychics, haunted houses and hypothetical manifestations as telekinesis
or telepathy?
Let me solve this mystery. Exo-fantasists must keep the
show going on and UFO are not enough to make a living, so we find
Exopoliticians promoting “spiritual healers” , experts in subterranean
civilizations, occultism, fortune-telling and new age.
Ufological mythology belongs to the occultist,
paranormal sub-culture. The pseudo-scientific rhetoric is not enough. Most exo-fantasists are also into occultism, because...the show must go on.
