THE UFO PHENOMENON as DEMONIC ACTIVITY.

The UFO phenomenon has three separate yet related aspects:

1) It produces real material-world events, detectable by radar and sometimes leaving behind physical traces;

2) It is a psychic phenomenon that profoundly alters the consciousness of those exposed to it;

3) It is apparently surrounded by deception activities which mimic it, produced by human groups. We tend to consider these elements as mutually exclusive, but they're not; all three are explainable by demonic activity and invocation.

Demons are subtle beings who can temporarily materialize themselves and various objects in this world, but who cannot remain on our material plane for very long.

And the deception activities of human groups, besides being attempts to piggyback on a phenomenon that the deceivers didn't originate and can't control, may be designed not simply to imitate the "aliens" to influence mass belief, but to actually invoke them.

This suggests the possibility that elements of the intelligence community and various arcane technologists are involved in Satanism.

Magicians have always known that they could produce paranormal phenomena through autosuggestion; then, in the early 20th century, as studies of the effects of propaganda in the "radio age" became better known, they reasoned that if changing their own consciousness could produce local manifestations of the preternatural, changing the consciousness of the masses could produce global ones.

According to French metaphysician René Guénon, fissures are now starting to appear in the "great wall" separating the material world from the subtle-energy dimension, home to those entities that we regard as "extra-terrestrial entities".

Father Seraphim Rose, in Orthodoxy and the Religion of the Future, citing many of the Eastern Orthodox saints and the Greek Fathers, draws many exact parallels between the UFO phenomenon and the experiences of the early Christian saints with the demonic powers.

I believe that the powers that be are playing a game of both debunking the reality of UFOs and covertly planting evidence of their reality as a method of mass mind-control, using a technique I call "subliminal contradiction."

DISCLOSURE (ET AL) MOVEMENTS

The Disclosure Movement has many sponsors who have military or intelligence backgrounds. It is dedicated to pressuring the government to come clean on what it knows about alien contact. Apparently this is what government wants them to do.

And members of the Exopolitics Movement believe that they are in ongoing, diplomatic communication with the aliens. When I contacted the Exopolitics Institute in Hawaii, founded by Dr. Michael Salla, who once received a Ford Foundation grant and was connected with the Center for Global Peace at the American University in D.C., and asked if they were in touch with an extraterrestrial organization like the Intergalactic Council the hippies believed in, he said "yes".

Then I asked him if 2-way communication was ongoing between the Institute and the extraterrestrials; he said "yes". Then I asked him by what means; "telepathy", he answered.

Another example of demonic invocation: Pioneer rocket scientist Jack Parsons was a follower of black magician Aleister Crowley and an associate of L. Ron Hubbard, another follower of Crowley, who founded the Church of Scientology and had a background in Naval Intelligence.

Parsons identified himself with Antichrist, dedicated himself to the destruction of Christianity, claimed to have met a "Venusian" in the Mojave Desert, performed Pagan rituals at his launching, and went on to co-found the Aerojet Corporation and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He produced some of the first designs for the Pentagon; a crater was named after him on the dark side of the Moon.

EXAMPLES OF DECEPTION ACTIVITIES

1) A mere 24 hours after Arnold Dahl made one of the first major post-WWII sightings of UFOs in Washington State in 1947, he was visited by a "man in black" who told him to forget what he saw. A meeting was then arranged between him and another UFO sighter, Kenneth Arnold (who coined the term "flying saucer") in a hotel room; soon afterwards a covertly taped transcript of their meeting was sent anonymously to the UPI. How could such a well-designed plan to exploit their reactions to those sightings have been put into action so soon after the events themselves? Only if those events were either anticipated or produced by the planners.

2) The book Challenges of Change (2008) by "retired NORAD officer" Stanley A. Fulham, supposedly based on revelations made by an "intelligence officer connected with NORAD" of a great deal of UFO information that has been kept secret from the public by the U.S. government, predicted that UFOs would appear in the skies above earth's cities on Oct. 13 of 2010. The UFOs dutifully appeared, right on schedule (you can see the videos on YouTube).

3) Anecdote: Someone admitted to an American Air Force base catches a glimpse of an object resembling a UFO through an open hangar door. As soon as he sees it, the door is closed and he is told "You weren't supposed to see that". Then, a few days later, the "men in black" arrive at his house, threatening reprisals if he tells anyone what he saw. This is a
classic case of psychological manipulation, where an event that might have made little impression on him suddenly, through the use of terror, assumes the status of a dark revelation: "If these people are desperate enough to threaten to harm me or my family if I reveal what I know, THEN
WHAT I SAW MUST BE REAL."

4) Retired astronaut Edgar Mitchell (a Freemason), in a 2008 interview, made a "startling new revelation" about UFOs, claiming that the U.S. government has been trying to hide their existence for years but that the truth finally leaked out despite their best efforts and revealed that he had been briefed by the Pentagon on several occasions that the UFO phenomenon is real and the government is in ongoing contact with the extraterrestrials. Why would the Pentagon reveal information to him that they hoped would never be made public when, judging by his past statements, he was all but certain to make it public, as he in fact did? Mitchell has a long-standing involvement in paranormal research; he was the one who welcomed Uri Geller to the Stanford Research Institute.

EXAMPLES OF PROPAGANDA AND MIND CONTROL

1) Red Planet Mars (1952), directed by Harry Horner and produced by Anthony Veiller, who worked on government propaganda films during the war, presents Jesus as a Martian and messages from Mars as sparking a world religious revival.

2) In the UFO documentary Area 51 (1997), in a supposed video of a UFO, the object is described by the narrator as entering the field of vision "from the lower right", whereas the actual image we see is in the upper half of the screen. This disconnect between word and image is one form of "subliminal contradiction". If the viewer accepts both the message received by his eyes and the opposite message received through his ears unconsciously, without noting the contradiction, his critical faculties are at least partially disabled and he becomes highly receptive to suggestion.

3) A nuclear physicist named Jack Sarfatti, a colleague of Uri Geller, and also of psychic investigator Andrija Puharich who advised the Pentagon on the paranormal--Sarfatti was involved in the "remote viewing" experiments at the Stanford Research Institute (a group that also studied the powers of Geller), experiments that involved the U.S. Army, the CIA, the
NSA, the DIA and the National Security Council--on one occasion introduced Uri Geller to Steven Spielberg, producer of Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

CONCLUSION

The purpose behind this mass mind-control plan may have been revealed by General Douglas MacArthur in a speech to the cadets at West Point on May 12,1962:

"We deal now, not with the things of this world alone, but with the illimitable distances and as yet unfathomed mysteries of the universe.... of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy; of such dreams and fantasies as to make life the most exciting of all times. And through all this welter of change and development your mission remains fixed, determined, inviolable. It is to win our wars."

Apparently the ultimate goal served by the creation of a mass belief in extra-terrestrials is to create a One-World Government by uniting the peoples of the Earth against a (real or imagined) common enemy--and if a united earth is the goal of such propaganda and mind control, then it stands to reason that such a massive social engineering campaign is directed by a power bloc that transcends the national governments.

Thanks. It is encouraging that there are folks out there with the consciousness to put themselves in the shoes of the visiting Star Persons, and to feel compassion for those who have lost their lives while trying to establish peaceful contact with Humans.

Hats off to Nikolay Subbotin, the head of the Russian UFO Research Station (RUFORS) in Molebka, near Perm in Russia's Ural Mountains. The monument's dignified almost-6-foot-tall statue (supposedly of a Tall Zeta, I'd think) shows the compassion of the Russians commemorating their brothers from the stars.

May Star Nations take encouragement from this display of solidarity from ordinary citizens who have not been bewitched by Cabal anti-Star Visitor propaganda.

In any case, and smiling generously, you can tell them that you are in permanent contact with the Andromeda Council or even the Ascendant Masters. (See Google for some good names for these Masters.)

Now, let me tell you something even more important: you MUST create an imaginary anatomy.

There are enough superstitions out there to feed your fantastic world.

Sample: Humans have eight or nine bodies, right? The strength of a Meme depends on several elements, one of them, perhaps the most important is, in Dawkins’ mimetic, the copying-fidelity:

Fidelity to the original will preserve the initial pattern after several rounds of copying. If a painting is reproduced by making photocopies from photocopies, the underlying pattern will quickly become unrecognizable.

We think that if it’s true that the Internet is an excellent vehicle of memes incubation and “infection”, it is also true that in Cyberspace, Memes lose their original structure and become lost in chaotic galaxies of Memes that in the end become self-destructive or will immunize the “believers”.

The UFO-ET. Meme is in fact a chaotic galaxy of memes that become meaningless and self-destructive. Why? Just because nobody can keep the original model pure.

The UFO-ET meme becomes spectacle and commodity, and this brings competence between different profiteers. These conflicts are frequently violent and aggressive. (My UFO-ET meme is better than yours...you are a psyop and I am the Councilor of Earth..!)

Again, the Conspiracy meme will grow and multiply and also mutate. It will grow into a chaotic galaxy of memes. The Conspiracy Meme will mutate into a universal conspiracy, and everybody in the UFO-ET community will invent his/her own Conspiratorial scheme.

There is however, a price to pay. True believers will become immunized or join some of the UFO Sects. As a result, the whole system or memes will become contradictory, totally unreliable and in the end, chaotic and self-destructive.

The total lack of evidences will force the Exo-gurus to become cultists, demanding from the true-believers Faith, and not Reason.

The “extraterrestrials” will become angels or gods, giving birth to Religious Memes with dogmas, mysteries and pontificates. This, of course, will be a new and unpredictable mutation.

The original ufo-et meme is now a complex, incongruous galaxy of Memes, constantly growing but this complexity makes the UFO= ET meme more and more weak and unreliable, because the copying-fidelity is lost.

The theory of the Cover Up is based on the following elements:

A) Authorities, Intelligence Services, members of the Army and the scientific establishment have concrete evidences about the existence of Extraterrestrial Civilizations and presumably are in contact with some of these ET civilizations. This fact is kept in secrecy.

To maintain the cover-up, those who know the truth conspire to deny (A)

Because of the nature of this secret, the truth about Extraterrestrial presence is shared by a great number of individuals.

How many?

Let us suppose that in the whole planet, only 500 individuals know that ETs exist and have evidences about their existence.

Since this is a shared secret, if only one individual reveals the truth and shows concrete evidences, the whole cover-up collapses.

Obviously, there are 500 (or more) possibilities of disclosure, because if only one conspirator reveals the truth showing concrete evidences, the other 499 individuals cannot save the secret.

The Cover up requires the silence of 500 individuals. (All of them)

The Disclosure requires only one whistle blower (with concrete evidences.)

White House denial of evidences concerning extraterrestrial presence on our planet or in any other place, brings back the discussion about the so called Cover-Up and the possibility of such thing.

Irrational ufologists affirm that several, even hundreds of extraterrestrial civilizations are present in our planet. They also tell us that the government(s) know about this presence and are in fact in contact or were contacted by those hypothetical extraterrestrials.

However the cover up is not limited to the government(s) but must include in the conspiracy, the whole scientific establishment.

In addition, the conspiracy theorists incorporate in the plot big companies and corporations who exploit alien technology given by the extraterrestrials or taken from them.

Now, we live in what the Italian philosopher Gianni Vattimo calls Transparent society: (The Transparent Society. Gianni Vattimo. ISBN: 978-0-7456-1047-4. Paperback. 129 pages. November 1992.)

Also, some analysts talk about the present times as the Information Era.

Is it possible for millions and millions of individuals and institutions to keep the secret of the extraterrestrial presence and existence?

I think that this is just impossible. Those millions cannot keep the suggested cover-up at all.

Besides, the conspiracy theorists cannot give any evidence of their ET hypothesis. The whole rhetoric of the ETH is a blend of pseudo-science, unproved statements and mysticism.

The aprioristic ETH rhetoric doesn’t show facts or evidences. In the worst cases is a mass of nonsense without any rational value.

Of course, the disclosure fans have the right to insist that there is a massive Cover up, but they cannot show any credible, authentic evidence to confirm that such a cover-up exists, or that the ET hypothesis is based on facts.

The ET hypothesis is a system of beliefs as religions are, and nothing more.

The UFO phenomenon, until now, is an unsolved mystery, and so it was for the Roman legions, the Chinese armies or the illiterate peasants, thousands of years ago.

"It's a very predictable response," he told The Daily Caller. "All government agencies have basically taken a similar line that there is no credible evidence of extraterrestrial life having visited the earth. And that's been a pretty consistent response for the past 50 years."
Dr. Salla claims that the White House's response isn't necessarily dishonest: Much of the information is classified or has been turned over to private companies. Of course, as usual, Dr. Michael Salla didin't give any evidence about all these last statements.
"The Obama administration's response should be something like what Bill Clinton did, which is to try to find out which agencies have information. … I can tell from my research that the information has been increasingly privatized, it's been put into private archives the proprietary control of major corporations like Boeing."
Some insiders told us that Boeing and other corporations will challenge the Exopolitician Dr. Michael Salla about this unsubstantiated declaration.

APRIORISM: THE BASIC FALLACY OF IRRATIONAL UFOLOGY

Rational people allow facts to be the test of principles. Once we explore facts we can retain of modify our principles. However, when we expose our convictions apriori, and use those personal, unsubstantiated principles to deny facts, we commit the fallacy of apriorism.

This fallacy favors unwarranted presumptions, and the theory is unsupported by evidence.

Aprioristic reasoning is the ideal tool of those whose beliefs have nothing to do with reality. If necessary, the apriorism will deny facts, if these facts do not support the thesis sustained apriori.

Apriorism fallacy is used to support a preconceived judgment against the evidence.

The EXO fantasists statements are based in preconceived ideas that are not supported by facts and these ideas about hundreds of extraterrestrial civilizations contacting our planet are presented to the audience without any factual evidence.

Facts are systematically denied and ignored in the ET hypothesis rhetoric, and the absence of evidences supporting their hypothetical convictions is presented as a massive conspiracy.

In rational thinking, facts and objective experience are the real fundaments of knowledge. Any hypothesis only will legitimize itself IF facts give the evidence needed.

When our EXO fantasists deny the need of concrete evidences, the whole process of rational thinking collapses. Anyone can say anything about anything without showing evidences, and this is precisely the dominion of the charlatanism and the superstition.

Irrational ufologist can say that the government and the scientists lie about the lack of contact with extraterrestrials, but this accusation is only valid if they give us FACTS that contradict the government and the scientific community. The burden of proof, by the way, belongs to those who affirm the existence of ETs in our planet.

If you say that extraterrestrial civilizations are in contact with the government, you are the one who must demonstrate what you say through concrete evidences. Until you give us those proofs, your whole discourse is invalid.

Contactees will go on with the usual blend of new age saccharine, religion, and self-help, while anonymous whistleblowers, (sergeants if possible,) will tell us about secret Bases and aliens in the Pentagon. They will write billions of words, but one single word will not be there. This word is EVIDENCES.

Searching for ET, But No Evidence Yet

Thank you for signing the petition asking the Obama Administration to acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.

The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye.

However, that doesn't mean the subject of life outside our planet isn't being discussed or explored. In fact, there are a number of projects working toward the goal of understanding if life can or does exist off Earth. Here are a few examples:

SETI—the Search for ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence—was originally stood up with help from NASA, but has since been moved to other sources of private funding. SETI's main purpose is to act as a giant ear on behalf of the human race, pointing an array of ground-based telescopes towards space to listen for any signal from another world.
Kepler is a NASA spacecraft in Earth orbit that's main goal is to search for Earth-like planets. Such a planet would be located in the "Goldilocks" zone of a distant solar system—not too hot and not too cold—and could potentially be habitable by life as we know it. The Kepler mission is specifically designed to survey our region of the Milky Way galaxy to discover Earth-sized, rocky planets in or near the habitable zone of the star (sun) they orbit.
The Mars Science Laboratory, Curiosity, is an automobile-sized rover that NASA is launching soon. The rover's onboard laboratory will study rocks, soils, and other geology in an effort to detect the chemical building blocks of life (e.g., forms of carbon) on Mars and will assess what the Martian environment was like in the past to see if it could have harbored life.

A last point: Many scientists and mathematicians have looked with a statistical mindset at the question of whether life likely exists beyond Earth and have come to the conclusion that the odds are pretty high that somewhere among the trillions and trillions of stars in the universe there is a planet other than ours that is home to life.

Many have also noted, however, that the odds of us making contact with any of them—especially any intelligent ones—are extremely small, given the distances involved.

But that's all statistics and speculation. The fact is we have no credible evidence of extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.

Having no evidences to prove what they say, EXO fantasists and self proclaimed contactees favorite weapon is the personal attack; the logical fallacy called Ad Hominem.

I am a US citizen born in Argentina and proud of my more than 20 years as a Radio Broadcaster in the Voice of America, Radio Marti Program.

My work was to give information to the people of Cuba, that information that was denied to the Cubans by a brutal dictatorship ruling the island for more than 50 years.

Mr. Alfred Webre should tell us what he means by “New World Order propaganda.”

Also, he must tell us how many of my programs he listened or read.

Webre also writes that I am a well known UFO debunker. This is not true. The UFO phenomenon not only exists, but is with us from the beginning of historical and perhaps historical times.

From my own perspective, after more than 40 years of research, the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis about the origin of the UFO Phenomenon is not the answer. There is absolutely no evidence supporting the ET Hypothesis.

Charlatanism, wishful thinking and plain nonsense will not give us the answer we look for.

UFO Mystery is much more complex than anything we can imagine.

The recognition of our ignorance will be the beginning of serious, scientific and rational research.

In extreme cases the "cabal" is practically omnipotent and all these "dark powers" are directed against the scapegoater who is always right, always decent, and even perfect. His wrong doings, his abuses, his errors are just the work of the "cabal", but never his own responsibility.

Obviously, this total distortion of truth will, eventually turn into psychosis.

Many conspiracy theories show this " scapegoating" in action. The Cabal, the Cover-up, Satan or the Aliens are responsible. The scapegoater is always right, always wise and free of Sin.

The only problem for the scapegoater is his own consciousness. The systematic denial of Truth ends in Insanity. That the price to pay. Our scapegoater "never gets away with it."

The Impossible Disclosure.

We will use our imagination and visualize the Disclosure Scenario:

The President recognizes that his government is in direct contact with several extraterrestrial civilizations here, on our planet.

Consequently, the President recognizes that we, the people, were systematically disinformed and misinformed for a long period of time.

The President recognizes that billions of dollars were wasted in unnecessary scientific investigations, including most of the NASA activities.

The President, in his disclosure conference recognizes that the use of expensive and destructive forms of energy was unnecessary, since interstellar civilizations visiting Earth knew how to produce cheap and clean energy.

In other words, the President recognizes the existence of a giant and totally illegal conspiracy to keep the people, (and perhaps other nations) ignoring the presence of the Extraterrestrial visitors.

Obviously the next step is the presidential resignation, in a chaotic national and international crisis.

Now, any informed, rational individual understands that this scenario is totally impossible.

What's more, to keep such a conspiracy secret is absolutely impossible.

Disclosure will not happen, simply because there is no such contact between extraterrestrials and the government. There is nothing to disclose, and the mythologists KNOW this.

If this is so, these individuals demanding the impossible disclosure, are the real disinformers.

What should we do? Just ask them for any evidence of the extraterrestrial presence and contact.

A destructive cult is authoritarian in its power structure. The leader is regarded as the supreme authority. He or she may delegate certain power to a few subordinates for the purpose of seeing that members adhere to the leader's wishes. There is no appeal outside his or her system to a greater system of justice. For example, if a schoolteacher feels unjustly treated by a principal, an appeal can be made to the superintendent. In a destructive cult, the leader claims to have the only and final ruling on all matters.
A destructive cult's leader is a self-appointed messianic person claiming to have a special mission in life. For example, leaders of flying saucer cults claim that beings from outer space have commissioned them to lead people on Earth. (Like the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth.)

Dr. Richard Boylan, self proclaimed Councilor of Earth, presents in his last post, a graphic of the human evolution, showing the intervention of Extraterrestrials that, in some way collaborated with our evolution. This intervention takes place in Boylan’s graphic approximately in the era of the Australopithecus; 3 and a half millions ago..!

If Boylan is right, the good aliens gave us a hand us in our development to the Homo Sapiens, but the experiment obviously was a complete failure. They could do a better job, right?

The obvious question is this: In what way this manipulation helped us?

So, the petition will not be answered, the requirement ignored and the whole thing lacks of substance.

Also we see here the use of the indefinite article “an” instead of THE extraterrestrial presence. An is in fact a weakened form of one; both an and one come from Old English n "one." In early Middle English, besides representing the cardinal numeral "one," . This choose of words seems to reinforce the insubstantiality of the disclosure petition.

So, it’s better to talk about the UNKNOWN SOMETHING ELSE. U.S.E.

Of course, this will help until we find something else, but try the U.S.E. definition and see if it works for you.

We have several fallacies at work. Of course, the petition of Disclosure is only effective to keep the myth of the Cover-Up alive. It’s directed to the believers in the ET hypothesis and not to the government.

First of all, nobody has any evidence of the presumed extraterrestrial presence in our planet.

The assumption that the government knows about this and keeps the secret is given as a self-evident fact, and this is not so. Consequently, the irrational ufologists know perfectly well that the government will not give an answer to the petition.

A priori, this lack of answer will be presented as a denial of recognition but never as ignorance.

So, the mythologists will buy time and insist in the presumed cover-up as a fact.

For them, the conspiracy theory is the only answer to the silence of the authorities.

I would like to suggest the following ideas.

These thoughts are based on the deconstructive (see deconstruction) analysis of the UFO perception.

We know that 94 % of the Unidentified Flying Objects are in fact identified as natural objects: airplanes, satellites, meteorites, planets like Venus and Jupiter, and/or hoaxes, or even allucinations.

Now, our Mind is faster than our Reason. The UFO that remain unidentified, are ipso facto, extraterrestrial crafts, Flying Saucers, fast walkers. However, this is not true. Those Unidentified objects remain unidentified, and we have no evidence to explain them as ET crafts at all. This is what I will call the subconscious meme. Decades of Science-Fiction and Irrational Ufology keep this meme alive, and we are easily deluded. Unidentified Flying Object becomes automatically and irrationally a synonym of ET craft.

Besides, if we analyze the concept expressed by the UFO initials, we will find new sources of confusion.

The word object, is defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary as that which can be known as having existence in space or time.

In other words, we do not know if this “objects “are objects of something else, something unidentified,

and unknown.

Of course, if those entities are unidentified, we ignore if they fly or not. Nothing known that flies, a bird or an airplane, behave like there unknown entities.

I am convinced that any serious and rational investigation of the so called UFO, must begin with this sincere, realist understanding.

Richard Boylan denies his own credibility

Dr. Richard Boylan used and abused his presumed psychic powers many times: Thanks to his “readings” he banned members of the UFOfacts group, pointing them as “cabals”.

Without giving any rational evidence, he wrote about alien bases, star ships, cabal paraphernalia, conspiracies and future events. The credibility of the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth was untouchable. Any doubt about his statements was forbidden.

Now however, he recognizes that the “cabal” masked and confused my attempts to get accurate readings of those "five future quakes".

But there is more: Boylan writes that the Cabal projected yet another recent false impression into Fran's mind, supposedly from Star Nations: that a mothership would make an appearance over a large American city this October.

In his own words, the “councilor” informs that even Fran, the Incarnated Mantis, is under control of talented Cabal Psychics.

Obviously, if this is so, all his readings are meaningless and the credibility of the self proclaimed Councilor of Earth is CERO.

Why should anyone believe his future “readings” if he proclaims himself unreliable?

Long ago last year my close associate Fran told me that she received a message from Star Nations advising of a series of very large quakes to occur in the Appalachians this year in early September, 4, 5, 6, 7, 2011, with an aftershock. I posted this advance notice.

    When these quakes did not occur, I have been prompted today to look into that "prediction" and subsequent developments.
    What I discovered today is that Fran was the target last year of sophisticated Cabal psychic thought intrusions, (which continued).
    And not by just any old Cabal psychics, but ironically by those at the Cabal Super-Psychics Arch-Coven at Syczyrk, Poland, and at the 544th Intelligence Air Force Base, Colorado Springs. (These are the two groups which my Inner Team took out with a pair of Team Joint Psychic Exercises on June 29th and June 27th respectively this year.) Not soon enough.
    These are, of course, not the only talented Cabal psychics; they are others left who have been in action since my Team took out the Arch Coven and the 544th Intel Group.
    The Cabal's psychics knew in advance last year about that 5.9 large quake which occurred August 23 this year at Mineral, Virginia, adjacent to the North Anna Nuclear Power Station.
    They very cleverly superimposed the psychic impression of "five very large quakes in early September" adjacent to the real quite-large 5.9 quake in late August, so that the energy signature of that late-August 5.9 quake would "support", and disguise the non-existence of, any attempted reading of the supposed "five early-September large quakes". Thus making the Cabal deception harder to detect.
    To further complicate detecting any deception, these additional findings I discovered today have emerged.
    That Cabal Earthquake-Engineering Relay Station near Summersville, WV, which my Inner Team deactivated with our Team Joint Psychic Exercise on Sept. 10, was real. And the correlated Cabal earthquake-engineering elements of the originating negative-gravity field transmitter at Sandia National Labs, Albuquerque, and the terminal receiving devices placed down vertical shafts deep into the earth, (and which the Summersville Relay Station relays the scalar energy package from Sandia to), are real. (See 1st attachment for Summersville Relay Station.)
    The Cabal have emplaced at least five such deep-shaft devices at the five locations which I mistakenly dowsed as the epicenters of the "early September" quakes. It was easier for me to dowse those as future earthquake sites because the Cabal has prepared those sites as the location of potential future Cabal-engineered earthquakes, if such fit into their overall plans for chaos operations.
    Once again the energy signatures of "emplaced devices" and "intended future quakes" masked and confused my attempts to get accurate readings of those "five future quakes".
    When the first four "predicted" early-September earthquakes didn't happen, Cabal psychics then telepathically transmitted the idea that the September 10th Quake would soak up all the energy of the quakes which didn't happen and consolidate it into a 10.1 Super-Quake. They psychically focused this false impression onto their Petersburg, WV emplaced-device site, and thus induced me to mis-dowse that site as the location of the Super-Quake. (See 2nd attachment map.)
    The Cabal psychics also continued to put into Fran's and James's and my minds that the date of the Super-Quake kept creeping from Sept. 7 to Sept. 10, to Sept. 11, and to Sept. 12.
    Only today (9/13) have I been prompted to step back, reexamine everything, and put before you the readings and conclusions I now have derived with hindsight.
    Not content with this disinformation-fear-confusions ops, the Cabal projected yet another recent false impression into Fran's mind, supposedly from Star Nations: that a mothership would make an appearance over a large American city this October.

Trusting this supposed future-viewing, I as Councillor selected the city as Philadelphia, and the date as United Nations Day, and asked "Star Nations" through Fran if those were agreeable, and got an affirmative answer. (All false and deceptive impressions from the Cabal psychics, it turns out.) Thus, no mothership will park over any American city this Fall that I have any reliable knowledge of.
(By the way, I rescanned that future-vision from associate June about a mothership parking low over Cleveland in the Fall of 2013, and that event continues to read as real and truthful.)

     The Cabal brilliantly and deceptively achieved their principal objective: the utter trashing of my credibility, especially at the U.S. Government level, so that the US Government would never want to deal with me as Councillor of Earth.
    The Cabal will do _anything_ to keep Star Nations official diplomatic relations from commencing with the U.S. Government, and then with the United Nations; and thus the Cabal have tried to take out Star Nations' diplomatic designee, the Councillor of Earth.
    They have unsuccessfully tried multiple times to assassinate me. They keep trying innumerable times to character-assassinate me. But now they have succeeded in trashing my credibility with some, including in Washington.

So, now I have some apologies to make to the public and the members of my several groups: an apology for any confusion and upset occasioned by the Cabal earthquake deceptions which I unwittingly passed on.

    What does the future hold? I do not know.
    But I do know it will be a much steeper and more difficult path.

Here we have some interesting contradictions working. Let’s see…IF Basiago examined in 1971 a book that was NOT WRITTEN, then, the book was and also wasn’t there. This of course contradicts the basic logical law of the middle excluded. A thing either exists or doesn’t exist. There is no middle option to this.

In addition, in that years of 1971, Alfred Webre was already the book’s writer and also wasn’t. Remember that the book was written in 2005.

Besides this, the whole world a logical impossibility. Carter was and wasn’t president of USA.

Jimmy Carter was not only the future e president of the United States, but the ex-president.

The whole world becomes a total impossibility.

Unfortunately Mr. Basiago didn’t read the “future” papers. We could have easily win several lottos and of course, be the greatest prophet of all times.

According to Mr. Basiago, Mr. Webre's book Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe was, among other written works, physically retrieved from the future by DARPA’s Project Pegasus and brought back in time to 1971 or a prior time.

At that time, 1971, I, of course, was General Counsel of the New York City Environmental Protection Administration and it seems I had been placed under time travel surveillance by the U.S. government.

Mr. Basiago states that he physically saw my 2005 book Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe in 1971 when it was taken out of a U.S. government secret time-travel documents satchel and placed on a table at which he, his late father Raymond F. Basiago, and another witness were present. Mr. Basiago recalls specific passages being read to him from the book.

If in fact, DARPA's Project Pegasus had used its secret time travel technology to go forward in time from the early 1970s (or earlier) to 2005 (or later) and bring back my book Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe, then Project Pegasus also had the technological means and motive to identify me - Alfred Lambremont Webre - as a person of interest for time travel surveillance.

OK, Alfred, yes, the Government is interested in you, because you know a lot about time-travel. However, while you wait for something to happen, you should have a nice talk with your wife Geri. She is not only a psychic but a therapist, and a wonderful lady.

She already worked with you on your depression and your obsession with the cults. Talk with her about all this…yes?

Dr. Michael Salla is Wrong

Michael Salla tries a new perception of the UFO phenomenon, but is wrong from the beginning.

He gives us three different ufological perspectives, but all of these include the ETH, extraterrestrial hypothesis as a given fact.

This is not true. Many ufologists like Dr. Jaques Vallee and the writer of this text, affirm the obvious: there are no evidences about the extraterrestrial origin of the phenomenon.

UFOs are a rare phenomenon whose nature and origin remains unknown. Contactees, deluded mystics, pseudo-scientists and professional charlatans, again and again give us class B science fiction as a fact.

The messages of the self proclaimed contactees are just a blend of New Age and pseudo-psychological rhetoric with no value at all.

The ET hypothesis is basically irrational and doesn’t resist any logical test.

Nothing valuable comes from these “aliens” at all. Presumably these cosmic civilizations came to our planet to play hide and seek and talk some theosophical nonsense.

Of course we must recognize that the whole nonsensical and old-fashioned ET hypothesis gives some humans the real possibility of making a living selling books, lectures and recycled “wisdom”.

Rational ufologists consider the UFO phenomenon as it presents to our perception, and more important, analyze the so called UFO subculture and its metaphors.

The UFO subculture teaches us nothing about extraterrestrial life, but a lot about us, human beings.

The failure of a sequence of predicted dates for that very large quake at Japan to occur has led me to look into Cabal meddling, and to look into how they did it.

In the whole recent process of my attempting to read the energy signature of the pending very large Japan quake, I have now concluded that the Cabal have been inserting disinformation energy to falsify some of my, and my associate’s impressions. The Cabal's false projections have been responsible for my past incorrect readings of the date, magnitude and epicenter of the pending very large Quake. Of course, the Councilor cannot fail. He is omniscient, so the cabal must be responsible.

I found that the Cabal have been using not-seen-before very sophisticated energy devices, accompanied by psychic mind tricks, to trick me and my associate into getting erroneous impressions. These Cabal devices generate and project not only the "mushy energy fields" which have been so troublesome , but also projecting specifically-focused pre-shaped energy packets to fool me into thinking that the energy from the deceptive Cabal energy packet was the actual reading of the energy signature of the situation I was looking into. IF the cabal makes him wrong concerning Earthquakes and other predictions...how does he know that this is true???

I have since taken two additional measures to shield against false readings, and am now operating with awareness of such Cabalinsertions of false impressions and energy "signatures".

The two new techniques I use when doing energy readings are:

1) adding an additional protective shell of super-strong EMP (electromagnetic-pulse) continually-pulsing energy around me and the object I am trying to "read"???. The EMP breaks up and scrambles the carefully-shaped incoming Cabal disinformation energy packets. [I make that EMP shell very thin (2mm), so that it does not swamp or harm the energetic field of the target being "read"]; and. The self proclaimed needs a doctor as soon as possible. This is TRUE and not a joke.

2) take the extra step of taking an additional reading-of-my-reading, asking the specific question, "Has this reading just done been influenced by the Cabal and their energy and psychic manipulations?"

This past Monday morning my clock-radio alarm went off with the sound of Carole King singing, "I feel the earth move under my feet." I sat pretty bolt upright. I felt this was a message. Well well well...he hears voices now.A bit later I checked out on the dowsing rods, and sure enough that song-"coincidence" was staged by the Zeta as an alert to me. So, I felt I was being prompted to once again pay attention to that so-far still-pending Quake. Now, if he is Councilor of Earth, the ZETA could just do it better...just contact him directly.

Because the Cabal with their tricks and deceptive energy projections have tried to destroy my predictive credibility on this topic, I am not going to post in advance any readings I now get about the still-pending very large Quake. I find myself in the unenviable position like the Little Boy who cried "Wolf!" once too often. This is a wonderful idea, "councilor". One of the best you have had in recent times.

Suffice to say that the Cabal's false version was exaggerated several-fold.

When it does happens, everyone can see how well the facts line up with what I was trying to see through the Cabal "smog".

The UFO phenomenon is a complex system.

Why should we be open and also rationally detached concerning the Aereal and Spatial Unidentifiable Phenomena or UFOs ? Because we THINK.

The Uncertainty Principle in Quantum Theory denies the possibility of accuracy. Therefore, the initial situation of a complex system cannot be accurately determined, and the evolution of a complex system can therefore not be accurately predicted.

CHAOS THEORY studies precisely the complex systems (like the UFO phenomenon, by the way.)

We know that in the development of systems, large number of particles will display a pattern that is near equal to the initial possibilities of a single particle, consequently a complex system will follow this so called law of Self-Similarity.

But what is self-similarity? Self-similarity is the repetition of a shape, form or behavior on different levels of complexity. Not as an identical copy, but as a variation of the same basic shape.

Now, when we analyze a large complex system, we talk about behavior, and this behavior shows : unpredictability, randomness and sovereignty.

The UFO phenomenon is a complex system; unpredictable and (for us) random.

The nature of this complex system is unknown and probably will remain so.

Class B science fiction characterizations are meaningless from this perspective.

All that is finished. Few days ago, Salla wrote that our world was controlled by bad aliens.

Also, in the tabloid-nonsense published by Alfred Webre, we can see what's happening here.

I think that Alfred lost interest and "faith" in all this contradictory nonsense related to UFO, conspiracy and pseudoscience.

Alfred just takes what it comes, of course with a condition: it must be irrational, unsubstantiated, contradictory and laughable.

A pathetic bunch of charlatans, neurotics, pseudo-mystics, and faked scientists give substance to the videos of this man who was once a Judge.

Is there an agenda? NO, I don't think so.

Alfred is probably tired, and, I hope not, depressed. Alfred plays his game knowing that is meaningless, that as life in Macbeth, "is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."

How to analyze “contactees” messages

This method is not only rational but very useful for rational ufologist:

The “contactees” meme is simple and very effective in class B science-fiction films and books.

We have an individual who tells us that he is in contact with some extraterrestrial intelligence.

This extraterrestrial entity gives telepathic or personal messages to the human contactees, and she or he makes us know what the Alien Entity says.

Of course the presumed ET must belong to some galactic Civilization hundreds or millions of years more advanced that humanity. Think that the Entity not only comes from some distant star system, but has perfect control of telepathy and perhaps telekinesis.

Now, let us go to these messages:

Reading these texts you will find a lot of “noise” I call “noise” to those ideas and concepts presumably are extraterrestrial but belong to our own human culture.

Never mind if we are reading New Age rhetoric or theorems. What can be found in our own culture is noise.

Other than noise, obviously we look for substance. Substance must be alien, unknown for us.

Even if adapted to our cultural level, the substance must be alien in some way. Must make us feel the new, the different.

Obviously in decades of reading these presumed “messages”, I never found anything extra-human in these texts.

In some cases, we found elaborated hoaxes like the UMMO Planet, but truth is that we Humans, cannot invent something that is not human.

Probably the only exception to this rule, is the so called Enochian Alphabet given to John Dee by presumed non-human entities in Great Britain, in the XVI Century. I think that there is perhaps something authentically non-human in the Enochian texts.

What rational ufologists can do.

Question: is it possible to talk about Rational Ufology? The answer is YES.

Let us consider the following characteristics of the UFO phenomenon:

Since more than 90 % of the sightings become identified flying objects, the remaining 10% of such sightings are a rare, infrequent occurrence.

After decades of research, it’s obvious for me, that there are not enough evidences to define the UFO as an extraterrestrial phenomenon. Extraterrestrial hypothesis, ETH, is just a theory but not a fact.

This ET meme wrongly suggests that the phenomenon must have an outcome, a finale: the contact between us and these hypothetical aliens.

However, UFO sightings are not a contemporary event but there are enough historical testimonies showing that there were always sightings, at least from the beginning of historical times.

This fact suggests that one of the characteristics of the UFO events is the lack of contact.

There never was and probably never will be any contact between us and the hypothetical ufonauts.

In other words contact is not one of the characteristics of the UFO phenomenon.

In fact the UFO mystery suggests the existence of a program, instead of the activities of biological entities.

In my perspective, the UFO phenomenon “behaves” as a computer program that, of course, we cannot understand. This program is doing his job, no matter what we believe or disbelieve.

False expectatives are negative and futile.

Now, if we consider the whole UFO phenomenon as a program, we cannot expect the fulfillment of our expectations, mostly products of science-fiction models.

Rational Ufology should remain aware of this rare phenomenon that cohabits with us in this planet Earth, and also analyze the sightings and the sociological and psychological impact of the UFO mystery in our human conscience.

That is why we are interested in fantasists, charlatans, neo-cultists and even borderline personalities.

This is what we can do, if we want to learn something about us and about the UFO Program.
